Specific engagement scope is defined in written communication prior to commencement.
Advisory engagement begins only after mutual written confirmation of scope and fee structure.
Fees are agreed based on advisory scope. Unless otherwise specified in writing, fees are non-refundable once advisory work has commenced.
All advisory discussions and client information remain confidential unless disclosure is legally required.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under jurisdiction of competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
